Description: This project I was in a group having to do a project on video production with my classmates Luke, and Ryan. We all decided to do an interview of some of the students here at Saint Josephs College of Maine. We interviewed them about what do they like and dislike about the food, what they do outside of classes on campus, and an overall perspective on the school as a whole. We had good responses but too long of a video. After the interview we all uploaded the video to our computers and began to edit. After editing we cut down about a little over a minute long of the entire video and this was what we had to do for the project. The interview and editing was really fun and a new thing that I have never done and it was cool we got to do it in a group.

Reflection: I have done videos and interviews in the past but on this project I learned about new equipment and learned how to edit a video which I have never done and have always been interested in. I have never used the camera I used or the microphone and stand. I felt like a true reporter while interviewing my friends about Saint Joes. Editing was the best part about this project because it was something new for me and I made the video shorter just by taking out little parts and pauses in the video. I loved this project and took a lot out of it because I have always wondered about editing and now I got to do some editing and really come up with a great video. I have also never used this program either on this computer so that was a new experience too. Although I have video taped an interview before I have never used the camera I used this project, or the technology I did in this project and I really liked it!
